Chris Eymann

Founder and President

Chris Eymann is an Arizona Native. He played basketball at Shadow Mountain high school and attended Grand Canyon University.
University where he studied Math and computer science. After graduation he spent 7 years in the IT industry. Chris is the proud father of 3 beautiful children (Jack, Holly & Bridgette). In 1999, he started his real estate career purchasing his first home.

During his 18 years in the business he has purchased and sold over 10,000 homes. In 2003, he started in the hard money space. By 2005, He and his partner had a credit facility from wells Fargo foothills for 100 million. He is the Current Owner of Sell Wholesale Houses and Sell Wholesale Funding with his sister Kim Mudd. Chris is the co-founder of REI Ground School. Chris is a consummate networker and attributes much of his success in the business to building relationships the old fashioned way, one at a time.

He is an avid world traveler and the king of adventures. He spends a few months each year on a boat somewhere in the Bahamas or the BVI with his family and closest friends. Chris is fearless; he is known for his big adventures & can be found under the water deep in the ocean diving with sharks, feeding wild animals on semi deserted islands, flying planes, cruising across the ocean as captain on a boat or at a game. Kimberly Mudd

Designated Broker and Founder of Sound Realty

Kimberly Mudd has been married to her husband Tim for 27 years. They have 4 beautiful children. They started their career in a family trucking business and gave it all up for a life real estate. They moved to their family Las Vegas in 2003, where they learned the ins and outs of real estate investing. In 2005, they moved to Arizona to be closer to family! Kim a native to Arizona, so it was and easy transition.

Her role includes working with her husband Tim and Brother Chris investing, wholesaling, hard money lending, and she is also the owner/broker of Sound Realty.

She loves spending as much time as she can with her family, traveling, boating, hiking, drinking coffee with a view, The Chicago Bears and anything inspirational.

Andrew Werner

President of Oakstreet Properties and Co-founder of the PHX REIA

Andy Werner began his real estate career working in construction framing houses, laying tile, trim carpentry and many other trades in his teens and early twenties. In 2000 he began buying, rehabbing and selling properties from the Trustee Sales here in Maricopa County. This business eventually became property wholesale only. By 2003 his company became the largest buyer of properties at Trustee Sale in the state of Arizona. Andy’s company expanded into multiple markets such as Oregon, Washington, Utah, Texas and Idaho. Andy weathered the storm through the market crash spending years paying back investors and doing asset work outs.

None of this was easy but it was the right thing to do. These days Andy continues to buy and sell properties, mostly as a wholesaler, but still continues to do some flips and new construction.

Andy has bought and sold over 3,000 properties in the past 18 years. He has a large passion for teaching and educating the “next generation” of real estate investors through his education company REI Ground School with partner Chris Eymann. Andy’s hobbies include flying, golf, diving, snowboarding, surfing, and hiking or pretty much anything that is adventurous.

Dena Jones

Director of Strategic Partnerships at Fidelity National Title Agency

Dena is an Arizona native and lived in the Valley of the Sun most of her life. Dena graduated from Corona Del Sol High School in Tempe Arizona, moved to Fort Worth Texas where she attended Texas Christian University and finished college at Arizona State University. She began her career in Real Estate in 2004 as a 3rd generation real estate professional. She has been with Fidelity over four years.

As part of the Fidelity National Title Agency Sales Team, she combines her hunger for growing businesses and her desire to create the most powerful connections to amplify the success for real estate industries finest professionals.

This past year she was nominated by the senior leadership to go through a very elite leadership program at Fidelity National Financial. Dena shined as she represented Maricopa County and was recognized by FNF for Top Presentation. She has also been recognized and honored as Top 10 nationwide for technology sales as well as receiving many other awards during her tenure at Fidelity. Dena has been recognized within the Real Estate community and received many honors and awards including, Women of Strength, TOP Tech, Initiative, Sales Excellence, Spirit and Most Valuable Team Choice.
Dena is passionate community and connection. Dena serves on multiple non-profit boards including Valley Partnership, Saint Vincent De Paul, The CareFund, and Community Project where she actively gives her time to raises money for worthy charities. In the last 5 years Dena has actively helped raise over $10,000,000 for non-profits.

Gladys has been with since they started in Arizona nearly 7 years ago. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. She was educated in 3 countries (Manila, Palo Alto & the University of Sorbonne in Paris). She speaks 3 languages fluently. She and her husband of 24 years Dino are proud parents of 3 beautiful children. She has developed a strong marketing foothold and a niche for new investors. Gladys has been a catalyst for the growth through educating their buyers in multiple markets. She oversees the success of the platforms they run at the auctions, the nation’s largest online auction marketplace.

Allan Martinez

GoodNight Stay Sales with 10 years of experience managing residential construction sales. Allan Martinez has worked in multiple markets and at significant scale. Prior to working at GoodNight Stay, Allan worked for Vineyard Services an industry leading construction management company operating in 14 states with over $8 million dollars in monthly revenue. As the National Director of Institutional Sales, Allan Martinez served large institutional investor clients throughout the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Georgia and Florida. Allan has 15 years of strategic, sales and customer service experience as well as industry knowledge that he leverages to add value to the short term rental industry.

He attributes his success at GoodNight Stay to putting the needs of his clients first, thereby building strong lasting relationships with those clients. Allan has successfully established relationships with key investors and was able to make the transition from construction sales to the short term rental management market. He currently has relationships with some of the top investment firms, banks, property managers, title companies and brokers throughout the nation. He has accomplished this through honesty, hard work, integrity, and the ability to get things done in a timely matter. Allan currently travels to different markets to educate investor about the short term rental industry.

Allan currently serves on the board of Phoenix Real Estate Investors Association (phPHXREIA) 2018-2019 Director of Sponsorship and Golf Tournament Chair

Allan served on the advisory board in 2010 for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals- Arizona Chapter. Allan also served as a board member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals-Arizona Chapter and as their sponsorship chair and Golf Tournament Chair 2011-2012.

Doug Hopkins


He is a ninja real estate investor from Phoenix and star of the hit TV show ‘Property Wars’ on the Discovery channel. Hopkins attended Mountain View High School in Mesa and went on to attend ASU for real estate. He got into the real estate industry in 1994. In 1999, he went to the auction steps and bought his first house.
Doug is best known for his role on the Discovery Channel reality TV show ‘Property Wars’. Hopkins has been acknowledged as one of the top 25 real estate agents in the state of Arizona; selling well over 15,000 homes in his 20+ year career. He has been recognized as one of the top buyers of foreclosure properties in the western United States and featured as a real estate expert on local and national television.

Doug thinks about himself as a regular guy. He is one of the brave entrepreneurs making a living flipping houses and buying foreclosures for a profit. In 2008, Doug had a vision to extend his expertise in purchasing properties at auction to real estate investors with, offering all the tools a real estate investor needs to purchase foreclosure properties. He is passionate about charities and his businesses donates to people and causes throughout the valley.

He is here to share about what he is doing to position himself with the ever-changing real estate market. Buying foreclosures down at the courthouse steps can be fun and profitable, yet risky business.
